“Ho apprezzato subito la pulizia della stanza e dei locali comuni che vengono disinfettati ogni giorno. I proprietari sono cordiali preparati e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta (nel limite del possibile). Ho apprezzato molto il giardino ombreggiato e sempre ventilato e la piscina. Le stanze sono disposte in maniera da non sentire rumori molesti durante la notte avendo avuto esperienze negative in questo senso in altre strutture, la privacy è assicurata. Vicino al mare e al centro. Sono stata una settimana a giugno e immediatamente ho prenotato altre due settimane a settembre talmente soddisfatta. Tornerò sicuramente”
“La struttura(a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 3 fermate di autobus),è a conduzione familiare e si trova a 5-10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge antistanti (sia private che pubbliche) e dai negozi alimentari.Diverse stanze hanno balcone vista mare.Gli appartamenti bilocali 2-4 persone sono spaziosi.Il monolocale è comunque una soluzione alternativa per 2 persone che si accontentano. Del resto la camera con cucina richiudibile con soffietto a scomparsa e il divano letto con 2 posti sono la soluzione per ottimizzare lo spazio disponibile (17mq). Anche se arredati con semplicità , gli appartamenti sono forniti di pentole e stoviglie e piccola tv. Tutti i bagni sono stati completamente rinnovati recentemente.Il giardino comune è un piccolo eden curato e arricchito da alberi di limoni,mandarini e una vite lungo il corridoio d'entrata.La piccola piscina inserita nel complesso a disposizione degli ospiti normalmente, per il 2020-21 non è stata utilizzabile causa covid.Per fare la spesa o concedersi un giro esplorativo nei dintorni ci sono alcune bici della struttura. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Soggiorno piacevole in luogo sicuro e adatto a famiglie e coppie. Disponibili anche 2 camere disabili a pian terreno.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.”
“Siamo Roberto Elena e Matteo, abbiamo appena fatto un weekend Sabato e Domenica, cosa dire! Appartamento bellissimo, Pulito , Propietari fantastici. Ci rivedremo molto presto Grazie x tutto”
